From June 3 to 5, 2024, our company was fortunate to participate in the Shanghai International Tape and Film Exhibition. - Material selection of stretch film: Our stretch film is made of high-quality polyethylene (PE) material, which has excellent tensile resistance and puncture resistance. According to different application requirements, products of different thicknesses and widths are provided to meet the diverse needs of customers.
- Features and advantages of stretch film: The stretch film has high transparency, high toughness and good self-adhesion, which can effectively prevent the intrusion of dust, moisture and pollutants. At the same time, the items packaged with stretch film are tighter and more stable, which greatly reduces the risk of damage in logistics transportation.
- Common stretch filmproblems and solutions:
- Insufficient stickiness:If the wrapping film is found to be insufficiently sticky, the adhesion effect can be enhanced by increasing the number of wrapping layers, or pre-stretched wrapping film can be used to improve the tightness of the package.
- Breakage problem:If the wrapping film breaks during use, it may be due to film quality problems or excessive stretching. It is recommended to choose high-quality wrapping film and properly control the stretching force during use.
- Storage conditions:The wrapping film should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperature environment to extend its service life. The storage temperature should be controlled between 15℃ and 25℃ to avoid long-term exposure to extreme environments.
